This outstanding process starts before the resume is ever created and requires you and I to partner in assessing the career evaluating assessment completed by you and is included in this hour long coaching session. Together we will explore and assess the options available to you and where your career strengths lay. If you are undecided or unsure of how to proceed in your career than a career assessment is just what you need.

Your hour of coaching includes a 25-30+ page report about you and your behavioral profile. Plus I will send you an in-depth worksheet for you to complete as well before our session. These will be evaluated and discussed during your coaching session.  Finally you will be provided with additional materials to help you understand how different styles interact and the best way for you to communicate with other behavioral styles.
